Donations can be submitted using the form below. You will have several options for a delivery method that works best for you.

Please submit and deliver your donations at your earliest convenience so that we have sufficient time to prepare the auction and raffle for the best experience for gala attendees! Please note the following deadlines:

• Submit donation forms by Sunday, April 5th.

• Deliver donations by Friday, April 10th.
